SACM - Swiss Association of Communication and Media Research
The SACM disposes of two working groups consisting up of experts among its members. One working group is dedicated to media policy issues, the other to higher education policy issues. The purpose of these groups is to gather the expertise within the association in order to be able to comment quickly and precisely on current issues (such as changes to academic structures and funding conditions, media policy decisions and consultations) and to contribute to the public discourse. The Higher Education Policy Task Force currently consists of Alexandra Feddersen (University of Fribourg-Freiburg), Silke Fürst (University of Zurich), Michelle Möri (University of Fribourg-Freiburg), Colin Porlezza (Università della Svizzera italiana), Quirin Ryffel (University of Zurich), Lilian Suter (ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences) and Valery Wyss (ZHAW) under the coordination of Katharina Lobinger (Università della Svizzera italiana).

The Media Policy Task Force currently consists of Franziska Oehmer-Pedrazzi (FH Graubünden), Otfried Jarren (University of Zurich), Matthias Künzler (FU Berlin), Colin Porlezza (Università della Svizzera italiana), Manuel Puppis (University of Fribourg-Freiburg), Marlis Prinzing (Macromedia University of Applied Sciences) and is coordinated by Harald Amschler (treasurer of the SACM).
